We have 3 main sections to the business: one that assists project developers with all elements of their projects, another that helps corporates with all their sustainability needs and related tax and legislative compliance and another that is involved in developing the latest technology in the sustainability space.

Job Overview

We are looking for someone who will be able to service our project and corporate clients with all their needs. We are looking for standout individuals who are willing to work hard and smart to give our clients the best service.

We're looking for someone who is not only highly capable in this role, but also has the drive and ambition to take on greater responsibilities. Exceptional performance could lead to promotion to senior management, with opportunities to run major divisions or departments.

Responsibilities

  • Report and interact directly with the CEO

  • Assist corporates with their carbon tax and SAGERs requirements

  • Assist corporates to develop and implement their emission reduction and offsetting strategies

  • Conduct carbon project feasibility studies to determine the potential of the projects and the risks of the projects

  • Assist project developers in certifying their projects and issuing credits, for example dealing with choosing the right standards and methodologies, assisting with project registration, planning, design, review, monitoring, verification and certification.

  • Go beyond carbon credits, also assist project developers and corporates navigate the world of RECs, Water Benefit Certificates, Biodiversity credits, etc.

Requirements

  • 5 – 10 years work experience in the carbon space

  • Self starter, who will take initiative and go above and beyond

  • Exceptional team management and communication skills

  • BSc Hons or MSc is preferable
